Ago brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and creative insight, honed through a career spanning both client- and agency-side roles. With a foundation in FMCG marketing at Procter & Gamble and Henkel, where he managed both international and local brands, Ago transitioned into advertising to pursue his passion for communication and innovation: He has worked as a Creative at Saatchi & Saatchi and as a Creative Strategist at JWT, later excelling as Director of Strategy at Publicis and Leo Burnett. Throughout his career, he has developed impactful brand strategies, led innovation projects, and delivered marketing success for renowned FMCG and pharmaceutical companies such as Nestlé, Savencia, P&G and ratiopharm.
Driven by curiosity and a commitment to actionable solutions, Ago is skilled at bridging analytical rigor with creative thinking. He thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity, crafting insight-driven concepts and impactful communication that help achieve strategic goals. Fluent in Spanish, German, and English, his multicultural perspective and open-minded nature inspire innovative solutions and fresh ideas, especially when leading dynamic workshops and projects.
Outside of work, Ago enjoys staying active in nature with his son, playing tennis, and immersing himself in arts, design, and culture.
